Highlands Storage offers various specials throughout the year. Please visit our internet specials on or site. Specials are for new unit rentals only. We appreciate your business and hope that you will mention us to your family and friends so they may take advantage of one of the Highlands Storage specials now in progress.

Highlands Storage provides a number of different size and style carts to assist with moving into your storage unit. Carts are available at both entrances. When you are finished with the carts please place them back at the entrance for the next customer. Please do not leave carts outside of building due to the possibility of being stolen. Stolen items unfortunately cost us and potentially our customers. The cost of stolen cart ($500.00) will be applied to the customer leaving the unit in an unsecure area.

To best serve our customers please inform us of any phone number or email changes that occur. It is very important that we have current information on file to contact you regarding your important items stored at Highlands Storage.

The entrance doors are automatic so you must enter your code each time you enter the building from one of the two main doors. The doors are on timers and allow sufficient time for you to carry or cart your items through the door. Please do not hold or prop open any sliding door this will cause major damage resulting in ($20,000) replacement costs which will be applied to the account of the person’s items being moved in or out.

Please be courteous and do not leave unwanted items in the hallways or outside the facility. We know that a long day of moving can be stressful, but the safety of our customers and employees is a top priority. If you have decided you no longer want an item – please remove it from the premises. Our contract reads that a dump fee or clean up fee will be charged to your account, the minimum charge is $150.00.

Make sure and purchase Insurance for the items you will be storing in the facility. We do not provide insurance, but would be happy to provide contact information for a possible insurance company.
